Current Position:
Lianne joined Black Box Pension Advocates to support the efforts of the retirement plan consulting team in serving the needs of individuals and plan sponsors.
In her capacity as a project manager, Lianne provides administrative support to assist the retirement plan consultants and account managers in the design, implementation, and investment monitoring of retirement plans.
Lianne manages the finances and accounting Black Box Pension Advocates. Lianne participates in the underwriting and issue of life insurance policies, where she draws on her years working in the healthcare field.
Experience:
Lianne has 8 years’ experience as finance and payroll manager. In addition to her current duties with Black Box Pension Advocates, Lianne is the Plant Manager for Tom’s Foolery Distillery where she manages compliance, tax, and government reporting, and oversees the barrel management program.
Prior to joining Tom’s Foolery Distillery, Lianne worked in the health care field. Lianne is a Certified Nurse Midwife, worked at St. Lukes Hospital in Cleveland in labor & delivery, and later worked as a school nurse at Kenston School in Bainbridge, Ohio.
Education:
Earned a Masters in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 1996.
Received a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 1994.
Completed her Bachelor’s Degree from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, with a major in Psycho-Biology, in 1991.
