Current Position:
Andrea joined Black Box Pension Advocates to better serve the retirement planning needs of employers and individuals. In her capacity as a client service manager, Andrea provides administrative support to assist her clients with the design, implementation, and investment monitoring of retirement plans. Andrea also provides administrative support to assist with plan document matters, compliance testing and plan qualification issues, as well as supporting a robust fiduciary risk mitigation and documentation program.

12/2010-3/2017: Prior to joining Black Box Pension Advocates, Andrea supported retirement plan clients with the Ohio retirement plan team of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co, working in the downtown Cleveland office for 6 years.
11/1997-12/2010: Prior to joining Gallagher, Andrea worked for Herbruck, Alder & Company as an Account Manager for 13 years.
08/1994-11/1997: Prior to joining Herbruck Alder, Andrea worked for John L. Iacobelli, PhD, an economist and financial consultant, for 3 years.
10/1987-08/1994: Prior to joining Dr. Iacobelli, Andrea worked as a qualified plan administrator for Qualified Plan Consultants in Cleveland, Ohio for 6 years.

Chartered Financial Consultant™ through the College of Financial Planning in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania in 2015. Accredited Investment Fiduciary® from The Center for Fiduciary Studies in 2009. BA from Cleveland State University, Finance major, in 1995.
